You can request a refund for your purchase by following the steps on the platform you use:
APPLE APP STORE
*If a refund is approved, any Shanix purchased will be removed from your account which can sometimes result in a 0 or negative balance if the Shanix has been spent
1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund"
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit
GOOGLE PLAY STORE
*If a refund is approved, any Shanix purchased will be removed from your account which can sometimes result in a 0 or negative balance if the Shanix has been spent
- Go to play.google.com
- At the top right, click your Profile picture
- Click Payments & subscriptions and then Budget & order history
- For the order you want to return, click Report a problem
- Select the option that describes your situation
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund
- Click Submit
